We’ll carefully assess access to your property, including parking, narrow roads, stairs and any potential obstacles. With Bath’s historic streets and restricted parking, careful planning is particularly important. We’ll also establish whether parking suspensions or special arrangements may be required.

Following your survey, we’ll prepare a personalised moving proposal outlining our recommended approach, including the appropriate number of team members, vehicles, packing services and any additional requirements.

You’ll receive a clear, detailed estimate, helping you understand the anticipated costs before making any commitments.

Edwin, our Director, will personally visit your property to introduce himself, discuss your plans and understand your individual requirements. This is an opportunity to ask questions and explore the best approach to your move.

We’ll review the items you need moving, including furniture, fragile belongings, loft contents and specialist items such as pianos, grandfather clocks and antiques.

We’ll also discuss whether you require packing, furniture dismantling and reassembly, or temporary storage.

Once you’re happy with our proposal, we’ll work with you to confirm availability, agree the moving arrangements and coordinate any necessary preparations.
